POWDER FOR INJECTION SPECIAL TREATMENT OF WOUND INFECTIONS – PASTEURELLOSIS

INGREDIENTS: Each vial contains

• Penicillin G Procaine……………………… 2,800,000 UI
• Penicillin G Potassium……………………. 1,200,000 UI

INDICATIONS: For the treatment of infectious diseases caused by gram-positive bacteria such as: wound infections, dermatitis, postoperative infections, arthritis, pasteurellosis.

 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

• Cattle, horses: one vial per 200kg of body weight.
• Calves: one vial per 100-150kg of body weight.
• Dogs, cats: one vial per 60-80kg of body weight.

Add sterile distilled water into the vial, shake well until a suspension is obtained. By intramuscular (IM) injection, once or twice a day for 4-5 consecutive days.

RECOMMENDATION: Prepare fresh solution daily.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

• For meat:
  • Cattle: 10 days.
• For milk: 3 days.
