INJECTABLE SOLUTION ANALGESIC, ANTIPYRETIC AND ANTI-RHEUMATIC

INGREDIENTS:

Meloxicam …………………………………. 5mg
Excipient qs ………………………………… 1ml

INDICATIONS: Meloxicam is used to obtain analgesic, antipyretic and anti-rheumatic effects in horses, calves, cattle, sheep, goats, cats and dogs. It may be used to reduce the clinical symptoms in the acute respiratory tract infections, reduce the post-operative pains.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR USE:

• By subcutaneous injection:
  • Cattle, camel, horses: 1 ml/8-10kg body weight/day.
  • Calves, goats, sheep: 1 ml/10kg body weight/ day.
  • Dogs: 0.4ml/10kg body weight/day.
  • Cats: 0.12ml/2kg body weight/ day.
• Meloxicam should be administered as a single dose medication. No dose repetition is applied to the cats.

Withdrawal period:

• For meat: 15 days.
• For milk: 05 days (10 milkings).

STORAGE: Keep in shade, cool and dry place, at room temperature.
